Embroidery is one of the most effective ways to put your name in front of people. At Stitches 2 Impress we have been providing custom embroidery in Leicester since 2001, and we bring that experience to every order, whether it is one garment or several hundred.
We embroider onto a wide range of brand name clothing, including polo shirts, caps, fleeces and T-shirts, and we can source quality apparel for you at competitive prices. If you would rather use garments you already own, that is no problem. Simply drop them into our Oadby studio and we will take care of the rest.
Where can my logo go?
The most popular position is the left chest, which suits polo shirts, shirts and jackets. We also embroider on the right chest, sleeves, back yoke, full back, cap fronts and sides, and bag panels. If you are unsure, we will recommend the right size and position for your design and garment type so it looks balanced and readable.

Every design is digitised in house, which means the stitch file is built specifically for your logo and fabric. That attention to detail gives you crisp lettering, smooth curves and clean edges. Each finished item is trimmed and checked by hand before it leaves us.

We digitise & proof
Our digitisers convert your design into a stitch file and send a proof showing size, position and thread colours.

Approve & we stitch
Once you are happy, your garments go on our commercial embroidery machines and every piece is checked by hand.

Collect or delivery
Collect from our Oadby studio in Leicester or we can arrange delivery. Reorders are quick because we keep your file.

How much does custom embroidery cost?
The price depends on the number of stitches in your design, the number of garments and the positions you choose. Send us your logo through the quick quote form and we will give you a clear, no obligation price.
How long does an embroidery order take?
Most orders are completed within a few working days once your proof is approved and garments are in stock. If you have a deadline, let us know when you request a quote and we will do our best to meet it.
Can you embroider small text?
Yes, although very small text can lose clarity in thread. We will advise on the minimum size for your lettering so it stays readable.
Do you embroider caps?
Yes. We embroider the front, sides and back of baseball caps, plus beanies and other headwear.
