Upload your artwork with our quick quote form or email it over. Any format is fine, from a vector file to a photo of your van.

We digitise & proof
Our digitisers convert your design into a stitch file and send a proof showing size, position and thread colours.

Approve & we stitch
Once you are happy, your garments go on our commercial embroidery machines and every piece is checked by hand.

Collect or delivery
Collect from our Oadby studio in Leicester or we can arrange delivery. Reorders are quick because we keep your file.

Can you match our existing club badge?
Yes. Send us your current badge artwork or a clear photo of existing embroidery and we will recreate it as closely as possible.
Can you embroider onto kit we already have?
Yes. You are welcome to bring in your own shirts and training wear for embroidery.
Do you add player names or numbers?
We can embroider names and initials. For large shirt numbers, let us know and we will advise on the best option for your kit.
How far ahead should we order for a new season?
We recommend getting in touch a few weeks before you need the kit, especially in late summer when many clubs order at once.
