Ordering & pricing
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We embroider single items as well as large orders. The price per garment reduces as quantities increase.
How do I get a price?
Use our quick quote form with your logo, garment types and quantities, or call us on 01733 345651. We aim to reply within one working day.
What affects the price of embroidery?
The main factors are the stitch count of your design, the number of positions, the quantity and the garments chosen. A one-off digitising charge may apply for new logos.
Do you sell products online?
We do not run an online shop. Every order is quoted individually so you get the right garments and the right price for your needs.
Artwork & digitising
What file types can I send?
Vector files such as AI, EPS, PDF and SVG are ideal. We also accept JPG and PNG images, and we can work from sketches or photos.
What is digitising and why is it needed?
Digitising converts your artwork into a stitch file that embroidery machines can read. It controls every stitch, so good digitising is essential for a crisp result.
Will I see a proof before you stitch?
Yes. We send a digital proof showing the size, position and thread colours of your design for approval before production.
Can you design a logo for me?
Yes. We offer complete custom design services and will create something that works well as embroidery.
Garments & embroidery
Can I bring my own garments?
Yes. We regularly embroider customers’ own clothing, bags and accessories. We will check the fabric is suitable first.
What garments can you embroider?
Polo shirts, T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, fleeces, softshells, caps, beanies, bags, aprons, towels and much more.
How should I wash embroidered garments?
Wash inside out at the temperature on the garment label, avoid bleach and iron on the reverse. Embroidery is very durable when cared for properly.
Can you add names to individual items?
Yes. Personalised names, initials and job titles can be added to each garment.
Turnaround & collection
How long will my order take?
Most orders are ready within a few working days of proof approval and garment arrival. Let us know your deadline and we will do our best to meet it.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. You are welcome to collect from our studio at 6 Cross St, Oadby, Leicester LE2 4DD.
Do you keep my logo on file?
Yes. Your digitised file is kept on record so repeat orders are quick and consistent.
