When you use our contact or quick quote forms we collect the details you provide, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, order details and any artwork you upload.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and fulfil orders. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
Spam protection
To protect our forms from spam we use a security question and temporarily record an anonymised version of your IP address to limit repeated submissions. These records are deleted automatically after 24 hours.
Cookies
Our forms use a single session cookie so the security question works correctly. It expires when you close your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and any resulting order, and in line with our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing sales@stitches2impress.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
